This store is operated for Patrick Kelly Wise Fine Artby Personal Graphics of Petoskey, Michigan ("Personal Graphics," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use this store, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this store you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Order information — your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the products, sizes, colors, and customization options you select. Collected when you check out.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Shopify Inc.'s PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. We never receive, see, or store your card number.
  • Cart data — stored locally on your own device (browser storage) so your order-in-progress isn't lost. It is not transmitted to us until you check out.
  • Analytics data (only with your consent) — if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie notice, we record anonymous page views: the page visited, referring site, an anonymous random session identifier, and whether the device is mobile or desktop. First-party only, no name or contact information, never shared with or sold to any third party. Choose "Essential only" and no analytics are collected.
  • Correspondence — emails you send us about your order.

2. How we use information

  • To produce, fulfill, ship, and provide updates about your order;
  • To respond to your questions and resolve order issues;
  • To calculate sales tax and prevent fraud (via Shopify);
  • With consent, to understand how the store is used so we can improve it;
  • To comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers necessary to deliver your order, each limited to that purpose:

  • Shopify — secure payment processing and checkout (see Shopify's privacy policy);
  • Our production system — order details and artwork so your items can be made;
  • Shipping carriers — name and address for delivery;
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — encrypted hosting of order records;
  • Patrick Kelly Wise Fine Art — the organization this store serves may receive order summaries (purchaser name, items, quantities) for coordination and payout reporting.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential browser storage for your cart and your cookie preference, and Shopify sets cookies required for secure checkout. With your consent we additionally collect the first-party analytics described above. We use no third-party advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you across other sites, this store does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals — there is nothing extra to turn off. You can change your cookie choice anytime by clearing this site's browser storage.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for production, warranty, accounting, and tax purposes (generally seven years). Consent-based analytics are anonymous at collection and retained in aggregate. Cart data lives on your device until you clear it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (including rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to request deletion (subject to records we must keep by law). To exercise any of these rights, email jacob@personalgraphicsonline.com. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.

7. Security

Order data is transmitted over TLS encryption and stored with access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by Shopify. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

8. Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Orders for youth-sized items must be placed by an adult. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated policy.
