About this piece
Named for the Holy Waters, the hallowed trout stretch of the Au Sable near Grayling, this hooded long sleeve carries Patrick's original watercolor across the chest, three hand-painted trout down the back, and the river map with the Holy Waters script running both sleeves — his own artwork, not stock or clip-art, painted brushstroke by brushstroke and sold nowhere else. It's a Paragon 220 in 3.5 oz microfiber performance polyester that wicks moisture and odor, resists wrinkles, and layers under a self-fabric two-ply hood for the cool mornings a stream demands. The full-color art is sublimated into the fabric, so it never cracks, peels, or fades no matter how many seasons it sees the water. Unisex sizing runs XS through 4XL, with UPF 50+ sun protection built into every color but Heather Grey, and each one you wear puts money in the hands of an independent Michigan artist.
Will my embroidery match the mockup exactly?＋
The previews are digital mockups, so the finished embroidery won't be an exact match. Thread colors and texture will differ from what you see on screen, since stitched artwork reads differently than a digital image. We match Patrick's designs as closely as thread allows.

Every piece is custom-embroidered to order, so we don't accept returns or issue refunds unless the mistake is ours. If something is wrong with your order, email us right away and we will make it right.

Everything is made to order in 10 business days at our shop, then ships to you — you'll see the exact ship-by date at checkout.
Is the logo placement exactly what I see?＋
Yes — the preview is the production file. What you see on the garment is what gets printed, in the position and size shown.
What if I order the wrong size?＋
Because each piece is custom-decorated to order, we can't restock returns — double-check the size chart, and email us before your order goes to production if you need a change.
How should I wash it?＋
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold, hang dry or tumble low. The decoration is rated for years of washes when cared for this way.
